I think what cracks me up about this cover-mess is that I'm not sure if he's saying "Hello, my name is Penn Badgley." or *cue accent* "Hello, my name is Fernando Lamas." Because it can be taken in either context.
This is one crazy cover, I'm sure Penn is a lovely guy. I know many of you have your reservations; he hasn't pissed me off yet (God help him if he does) but I just laughed when I saw this. I think it's the 1962 hair or something. He's taking the Back to the Future thing a bit too much here. #2, help him!
