Nate never denied anything, he just gives you that impression, the prostitution was to save his family, he skipped from one girl to another cos it was SO obvious he was trying to find someone he could feel something strong like he did with Blair cos it was obvious he never stopped loving her, and he broke up with Vanessa to be with Blair and did it quick so he wouldn't go through any trouble (ME: A CLEAR characteristic of a GREAT guy), plus look how he tried to make things with him and B right, planning it to perfection
I know. It's incredible, this Kool-Aid phenomenon. As we continue studying it and observe the effects it has on good honest people we continue to be baffled by the verbal diarrhea incurring on some of its users.
These people only see what they want to see. They are as delusional as Blair is at the moment. So many of these people are fans of the books, and so they think that NB are meant to be, even though the series is completely different from the books. I haven't read them, but I feel like I have with all the people saying that Chuck is gay and has a monkey, so he shouldn't be with Blair. I once saw a post that said that NB should sail off together in the series finale. Just like in the books! Again, I haven't read them, but even I know that Nate sailed away alone because he couldn't choose between Blair and Serena (so Nate's general douchebaggery and flakiness was definitely something that was carried over from the books!). These people are so delusional that they've rewritten the ending to the BOOKS! Honestly, the majority of NB fans are little girls. There might be a few older fans that are on board because they saw Cinderella a few too many times as a child and want a Prince Charming to save them from their ho-hum lives, but most of these NB shippers are girls that have no idea what real life is like. They think that Nate is great because he's handsome, and he looks vaguely like a Disney star or a boy-band member, so his sexuality is completely non-threatening. They don't understand that he actually sucks. Maybe they'll grow out of it, I don't know. I'm not saying Chuck is some kind of saint, because he's far from it, but at least he's not running around pretending to be the "nice guy" while he whores himself out for money, bounces from girl to girl, cheats on his girlfriend physically and emotionally, and professes to have deep and meaningful feelings for anyone who crosses his path. Wow, this is getting long. I'm just so over it. Grow up, people. There are no Prince Charmings, and life is not a fairytale. You can wank NB any way you want to, but you can't spin shit into gold no matter how hard you try.

He's so used to that shit now he's prolly waiting for Blair to slip him an envelope full of cash. I wonder though now with the recession and all, does he charge by the hour or the service?? :P He should seriously gtf away from Blair, and find himself a steady sugar momma. Heck, I bet Blair paid for the carriage for the prom herself. But I'm glad that it wont be long till Blair realises who can stand beside her like a real man, and give her the support and security that she needs. And of course that is and can only ever be Chuck.

Really you shouldn't go off telling people who to ship. Not trying to be rude, but that really irritates me when people think they can control everyone. Regardless of if you ship NB, CV, CB, NS or whatever please don't tell others to base their opinions of YOUR opinions.

I agree with the person you're arguing with. Yeah he gave her a second chance for his dad, but he gave it a THIRD and FOURTH for himself. And the fact that it was "allll Blair" going after Nate means that HE is the that one she wants to be with- not Chuck. Your argument would be far more convincing if Nate was the one who chased after her at first- it would mean that Blair was like, "Oh, well he apparently likes me so I'll give it a try." But that was not the case. She wanted him and not Chuck.
